Are RSS Feed Aggregation Sites Allowed?

As you understand them, are RSS feed aggregation sites allowed under AdSense's terms of service?

Well, I got a site up and within days it was on the first page of Google's search results but today it no longer seems to be listed. Is it possible to be de-listed that fast? Is it because it's mostly an aggregate site?
