I have few sites which need to be updated on daily weekly basis. I have few staffs to make these changes. These sites are also serving ads from adsense.
My worry is, what if any of my employee clicks on the google ad? because we all are sharing same ip in our office.
How can i prevent this?
Regards
Tabish
My SSI server side include inserting the ads shows no AdSense at this user string.
An other problem, one of my internet promotion clients works in the same theme as I, so he visits often my site.
He has an fixed IP, so my SSI shows also no AdSense when he visits my sites.
It's kind of a pain to add the javascript to all of your pages, but it might be what you need to do.
There's a very popular AdSense tracking program that (I think) includes IP blocking. Do a Google search for: adsense tracking script
It should be at the top of the list. Again, you need to add the code to each page but in this case you get the added benefit of tracking statistics.
Also, this thread suggests that you can ask AdSense to block ads from showing to certain IP Addresses:
