CTR unusually low today - 16th August

I'm experiencing unusually low CTR today, almost half what is usually is. Impressions look fine. Anyone else noticing this?

It's barely halfway through the day according to Google time. There could easily be a "click dump "in the next 12 hours (or not, as the case may be).

It's august, I've seen handful of "strangely" and unusually low days already - which of course is completely usual for august.

Unusually low CTR for me today, also.

My CTR has been higher than average the last few days, and so has eCPM. On the other flip side, I had a couple of unusually low days a week ago. The ups and down tend to even out, and my average eCPM for August is running within a few cents of the average for July.
