1) Is website like CDOY MOYA's adsense templates allowed to be used. Wont G ban them (CHANGED THE NAME)
2) i have some sites where i want to place adsense and block adverts (i sell hosting as well) on the same page. is that allowed?

2. Not much point using Adsense, if you are going to block ads for that page.
Surely it would be wiser to allow the visitor to decide if they want to block or not? Then the majority will see your ads. Many, many people now seek to block pop-ups, but only a fairly small minority seek to block all ads. For the moment.
1) A company sells adsense templates. New ones every month. the templates have a header and content but there must be many different people using the same templates out there. Is that legal accord to google TOS or can you be banned from using such templates
2) I meant "block adverts" not blocking adverts. e.g. i run adsense on a page but also have another advert as a block adverts on the same page. say advertising hosting or webdesign etc. (not other text adverts form clicksor etc.)
1. You can use whatever templates you like - I'm not familiar with an 'adsense template', but so long as the actual adsense code is your own, unaltered, that will be no problem.
There are always issues around duplicate content - but that's another matter.
2. There are some issues about placing adsense and other ads on your pages, and I'd advise you to read their Terms ... but in general, it's your page, and Google respect that.
You can, of course, overdo it from a visitor POV - but that is also another matter! :)
