Question 1:
Is there a way to ban ip address to see ads via adsense? I would like to ban myself :)

Question 2:
Is there a way to see the IP addresses of people clicking on my ads? I've seen post that assume one can detect weird click-through. How do you do it? AdSense is very important in my Revenue and would like to be able to make sure no competitors try to hurt me by throwing invalid click. How would I know?

You can just edit hosts file of your computer to block yourself from ads.

Answer to? One:

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ and open your hosts file (no extension) using a text editor and add the following line:

127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com

Save it and restart your browser.

Re: first question

I would think that AdSense should automatically discount any impressions/clicks coming from the IP/browser that logs into the account to check stats.

Thats great ... now ... since at my work, we are behind a firewall ... and we are 100+ employees under the same IP address .... I will have to ask the network admin to put a rule on the firewall.
