First i saw a hold on my account
"payment Issue- please contact adsense Support"
i sent them an email, a few times before i got an caned email saying

<snip>

They Protect Adwords Advertiser, but i'm Adwords advertiser too, thet's how i was getting my traffic. The website was to get leads from people interested in forex trading.

I checked Placement Report to see where my ads are served on the content network, a bunch of MFA sites, why don't they give me a refund for those ads?

Look at your actions regarding generating this high income and ask yourself if you have followed the TOS or have you followed someone's idea of a formula for generating easy money...

There is nothing you can do now but move on...or wait and see what happens...

I think the one who is generating easy money is Google.

They say they protect Advertisers, but it is a lie, when i talked to adwords and said that my ads were served on MFA sites, they just replied to me that i can exclude those sites from my content network, and they "DON"T GIVE REFUNDS"

In Fact they <snip> Both Advertisers and the Publishers.

Here are a couple threads that may be helpful:

Before anything, it's a good idea to read Google's AdSense Policies [google.com] and their Terms and Conditions [google.com].

I've been Reinstated - Adsense has let me Back in
A member recounts their experience at being removed from the AdSense program, but subesequently reinstated when she proved that she was not responsible for false clicks.

There's not much we can do here to diagnose why you were banned. If you read the above posts you should get a good idea of how to proceed in getting reinstated if you feel you did not break any rules. And make sure you know the rules. ;)

Good luck.
