today iam shocked looking at this,
seems google entering into new era of advertising

It looks like Google isn't going to offer this any more. Check out this post from two weeks ago on Google Groups:

but i can see it even now,
just now i searched google for "india" and it come with sponsor ads having phone icon besides to them.

and in that post, they say
"I am sorry to say that the click-to-call program is not accepting new
advertisers at this point - and I am not yet aware of when this might
change. "

its not accepting new people but for old one's its working.

Why are you shocked? Click to call has been in test since late 2005.
