Just make sure your site complies both with the letter of the TOS and the spirit.

Then email them tell them you fixed it and you are back in business.

No tricks like images next to ads, ads disguised as navigation, no "bad traffic" etc.

Hi, What you need to do is work out why Google has suspended ads and correct it as soon as possible. Do you have any idea what the specific reason is? I would guess that Google will review your site again in a short period of time. Make sure it's squeaky clean.

On another note, it's not all that bad, your account is still active so you have a chance to redeem your site(s). That's good of Google to give you a second chance.

The first thing I would do is find someone who speaks English better than you do and have them explain the email you got, as well as the AdSense rules.

Sara2002, I think I've just seen one of your non compliant sites, a movie site. Probably the Google's warning you have received refers to the following Support's guidelines:

The only exception is if it's in such a way that it looks like the images are part of the ads.

Images above ad units & complying with the AdSense terms [jensense.com] (August 2005)

If the ads and the images appear to be associated, inserting a small space or a line between the images and ads will not make the implementation compliant. (...) You can definitely place Google ads on pages containing images -- just make sure that the ads and images are not arranged in a way that could easily mislead or confuse your visitors. (...) Consider using a full border around your ads or changing your ad colors, for example.

Ad and image placement: a policy clarification [adsense.blogspot.com] (December 2006)

There is not any differentiation in your case between ads and nearby images, only a line around each image. As you can see, if there are site images near the ads, it is recommended a clear distinction such as a full border around the entire ad unit, or a different background color. That is, the ad unit as a separate box.

On this forum, there have been other threads about this matter, like this [webmasterworld.com] and this [webmasterworld.com].
