Banned from Adsense for click Fraud

After 3 years and $200k+ In earnings (Google needs to do something)

Well I thought I'd post here because I need to release some steam. I have been an adsense member for close to 3 years. In this time I have earned well over $200,000 from google. Thursday morning I woke up to find that my account has been suspended for invalid/fruadulent clicks. In the past I had recieved threats from forum members for banning them, that they will start clicking my ads to get me banned from adsense. I always forwarded the mails to google to warn them. This time I got a threat but didn't check my email account as it was sent to an older address. I noticed it after I was banned. Google, a $150 billion company will simply ban you after 3 years because some idiot you piss off decides he's gonna get revenge.

I submitted an appeal, and they rejected it saying that I had fraudulent clicks. 3 years a Google only publisher, a shareholder, and a $5,000 a month adwords advertiser, I feel completely let down and feel like I was treated as if I was just another fraudster.

"Invalid clicks" can also refer to clicks from websites which do not conform to the rules of the program. I looked at the first site before it was snipped, and here is a passage from the Program Policies which I believe is relevant to your situation:

Sites displaying Google ads may not include:

Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails

Jomaxx, it was stated (clickfraud) I already dealt with the "pay per click" section of my one forum by removing google ads from that section like a google rep asked me to do.

Also, I refuse to give in to blackmail. I am not going to allow people to continue to post at my forum scamming my members because they threaten to click my ads.

Jason, it has nothing to do with any of that. I had had the ads on my sites for 3 years and the email clearly stated "click fraud". Any other issues were already cleared up with google.

There's not much we can do here to diagnose why you were banned. If you read the above posts you should get a good idea of how to proceed in getting reinstated if you feel you did not break any rules. And make sure you know the rules. ;)
