Adsense in Directories

Hi

Is anyone having much success with adsense in a free directory. If so where is the best place to display the ads.

I run a few free directories within the niche my main sites are in, I have the 325 square in the heatmap suggested spot and a skyscraper down the right hand side, with the standard nav on the left CTR around 12 - 16%

Thanks - just one thing - the skyscaper on the right hand side , does it get much click through or are you getting better click through from the 325 box.

the 325 gets more and with higher eCPM as google fills it first, don't forget to blend the ads in.

I run a niche directory with a skyscraper on the left with an link unit sitting on top of it, and a leaderboard near the middle/top and it makes many thou$and$ a month.
