same design different content?

I was wondering if anyone here has mutliple web sites with same design but different content.

I like my current web site's design and it has a pretty good ctr. I would like to create a new site with a different content (different category) but using the same design as my current web site. However, I am not quite sure what google would think about that.
Is there anybody here doing what I am planning to do?

I wouldnt worry about it too much.

You might want to try a different color scheme for each site - and different "decorative" graphics.

I have a ton of sites that are definitely using the same basic CSS stylesheet and etc - but each of them has a totally different color scheme, graphics and content.

I am not going to rename the "nav" and "content" divs on every site just to have them be "unique".
