Hi ,

Currently i block around 22 sites in my adsense account. But the Google says that "reduce the filter size" under their's adsense optimization tips.

Can anyone suggest me what is the optimal size for filter list?

Regards
Visu

this is very much a site by site decision, your filter should be whatever size you feel it needs to be

this thread might give you some insight on what people think of those reports

Google will be asking you to reduce the filter length until it is a grand total of zero sites in length. Find the length which works for you, not for Google.

Good advice from the posts above, however it will also depend on what it is you wish to filter. eg.

Competitors' ads
Off topic ads
Low paying ads (guesswork needed here)
Poor Quality ads (poor user experience)

I currently have 190 URL's in my filter. They are mostly MFA's. There are a few other sites that have little or no value to my visitors.

I can now remove the eBay URL's since it was reported here - [webmasterworld.com...] that they are no longer using AdWords.
