Howdy all,

1.)I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks, and have finally decided to build and publish a website idea that I have had for a couple of years. My question is more in regards to at what point do I have the search engines crawl my site? Will it hurt me to have them crawl it right now, with roughly 15 of the 30 starting pages completed, and random housekeeping still needed?

2.)As part of my webhosting package, I have a quantity ($25 or $50 dollars) worth of free adwords money that I can spend. I'm guessing that from an AdSense aspect, I would be better off waiting until all 30 pages or so is up and running, correct?

3.)Realistic expected CTR. 30 page site to start, additions as I find more subjects. 5%? 2%?

4.)Traffic: I'm not an SEO expert. I have other than my free Adwords/Overture money, I'm not a huge fan of paying for it. Pray I get ranked high?

Thanks everyone in advance.

1) don't give them access until you are sure you have no broken links. No pages with less then a few 100 words of unique content (preferably more content).
If you have little content, duplicate content and/or broken links then search won't like it much.

2) Free adwords? Adwords might drive you nuts - good luck.

3) depends. there is a wide range of CTR depending on the type of site, amount of content, and placement of ads. 1 to 20%

4) read googles webmaster guidelines: [google.com...]
