Hi, I recently made some changes to one of my site for SEO purpose. while the traffic is increased now but my adsense account shows 0 page impression.
how is that possible.

How long have you been waiting for the stats to appear in your account? it usually takes up to 1 hour. Perhaps you should also check your pub number - maybe somebody replaced it with his pub number:)
