Isn't violation of adsense tos?
Because they are giving access to download url of youtube videos without their permission.
The issue with such organizations like Viacom and Universal is, they are upset because someone else has placed their movies/videos on the YouTube website.
Personally I don't see any reason whatsoever why I shouldn't be able to save a given Flash file onto my hard drive, and in fact recently used one of those sites to do exactly that.

But this kind of sites qualify for placing adsense ads? Because they don't have 'original content' to display on their site. They scrap youtube and show video url to user to download.
But I agree it sounds like an extremely poor fit for AdSense, because there is likely to be little if any relevant text on the page. Also because the traffic is likely to be untargetable anyways. Best to ask Google in these situations.
