AdSense for Search custom channels

Help please

I have put an AdSense for Search box on some parts of my site, then I went into AdSense for Search Tab & created custom channels.

My question is "what do I do with these channels" so I'm able to get reports.

I understand the AdSense for Content concept but Google is not clear about the
AdSense for Search channels on their help pages.

I'm a bit confused.

Thanks

What kind of reports do you want to get? You can go into the Advanced Reports and create whatever you need - just remember to change the dropdown to AdSense for Search.

The most useful thing I find is the Top Queries Data.

So I don't need to insert any coding from Google into my pages?

Coding for what? I'm sorry, I'm confused. You have to put the search code in, yes. If you created a custom channel, you have to make sure that's in your code as well.
