Only Google can answer that,
my guess would be you should receive your $206 when it is due in your "View payment history"

But according to you they say you need to make $100 first..
If you don't see the $206 then either they made a mistake with the name change or they zero'd it due to maybe click fraud? Only Google can exactley what happened to your $206.

But before contacting them see your "View payment history" and see the $206 if it is Payment issued, Payment in progress, on hold or not there at all.

I hope you already know how the payment delay works, eg. this month's earnings (May) will not get paid till the end of next month (June).

Did you change your payable name, or did you create another account?

When I had to create a new account, all the money from my previous account was transferred after about three months. (I was informed of this beforehand though)

I'm assuming that this will happen with you as well. They will also most likely send you a PIN after your balance again reaches $50 under your new name

It was a bit scary though, there was no record of my earnings in the new account, and I could no longer log in to my old account. My money was in limbo... lol
