Scraped content on Adsense site

How much is enough for DMCA?

I'd appreciate some advice from others who've filed DMCA notices with Google on Adsense sites displaying scraped content.

How much content needs to have been scraped in order for a DMCA to be taken seriously? I just searched for some of my content and found the title and first two sentences of it displayed on a scraper site. Is this enough?

The site in question is nothing BUT scraped snippets, and is displaying Adsense. I only looked at three pages, but one page was scraped links to p0rn sites with the F-word liberally sprinkled on it. Adsense was displaying PSAs on that one ...

The scraper site was created in 2006, and the content was scraped very recently as it reflects a change I made to the title about 3 weeks ago. The article has existed on my site since 2005, and was originally created in 2003 on another of my sites, but G de-indexed my page yesterday. Not supplemental, not 950, gone, so I can't even take a screenshot of an old cache. :(

I don't think they will do anything if the site only took two sentences. Would it hurt to try anyway? Instead of sending a DMCA through the mail you could just report the site through the "ads by Google" link on the adsense ads, or report the prony f word pages at least.
