On some of the bigger networks and sites I see ads but I dont see the ads by google logo.

I simply see what looks to be resources. They sometimes even open up in a new window

All they have that lets you kmnow they are ads is

If you have I think 6 million page views per month, you may contact Google and apply for Premium Publisher Account

The minimum required is 5 million search queries or 20 million page views per month.
