I usually have a text link on my site for the Google pack referrals (mostly because I have people interested in Picasa) and I thought maybe I'd try a button and see how that pulled. I haven't used buttons since last year, but when I went and picked out the one I want and placed the code, I did NOT get the button and text I wanted, but rather it seemed to rotate between all of the buttons in all of the colors. Every time I refreshed, I got a different one - but never the one I wanted. Is that normal? If so, then why do we even bother picking one out?

Also, last time I had a button, there wasn't a blue bar underneath it with a link with the address for the Google pack - that's *really* ugly, and if that's standard now, I'm just going back to the text link. I haven't seen it on any other site so far, which is why I ask.

Also, now that I look at it side by side with the way it looks in the AdSense control panel, it's WAY pixellated and/or lossy on my site. Doesn't look a bit like it does in the setup screens.

Just wondering if this is the way they are supposed to look now, something is broken, or I had too much breakfast.

I emailed them last week, and asked if they could take the referral products and offer them in an "Adlink" type of display.

I'll see if they ever get back to me...

Yea well, yesterday the buttons completely failed to load, leaving just blank spaces, so I put the text link back. Never got an answer back from AdSense either (not too surprisingly)
