Adsense Referrals Feedback Survey

Do they really need to conduct a survey?

Just received an email from Google Adsense requesting that I participate in a feedback survey. I'm sure many of you received the same email.

Surely Google already knows what the problems are?

I guess they need hard numbers for metrics. :)

Yep, but it allows you to tell them what you think of it...instead of many complaining only in forums..hehe

I told them what I thought was bad, what is really bad, and what is OK. I'm sure "someday" they will actually have a polished product that works out for all involved.
