Why doesn't Google have one that is seperate from the competative ad filter? They should at least have a URL at G where we could "turn in" MFA sites.

The competitive ad filter can be used for any advertiser domain you don't like, not just for competitors.

As for "turning in" MFAs, you can simply click the "Ads by Google" link or logo in an ad box. This will open a page with a link that reads:

"Send Google your thoughts on the site or the ads you just saw"
