Google's Tweak you way to profitability book has suggested three alternatives for PSA: alternate ad, a fixed image and a solid block of tasteful color. I have not use any of them and could not think of any thing approporiate. I don't want to use alternate ad since apart from adsense, none can feed targeted ads.
I wonder how you do it.
