it is strange no one answer this question. I asked the same question some time ago and got no answer. I guess few people are using it. If that is the case, I am going to make my channel un-targetable.

I did used for 2-3 week and got poor performance. Now switched back to normal mode :)

I set it up on my major channels a while back. As for how or whether it's working, I don't know, but I can say that my eCPM has been climbing since I made the change.

I have set up many of my channels for targeting.

I don't know if it is 'working' or not, but targeted eCPM is fine, and forcing myself to name/document the channels better than I otherwise would is a GOOD thing in its own right.

My channels were changed to tagetable a month or so ago and earnings have risen slightly but not clear if it's connected or not.
