For both June and July. July earnings for both Content & Search were posted today Aug. 5. But "Payment Approved" hasn't been posted yet.

Is that what you ask?

No. It will specifically say "Payment Approved" when your payment is approved.

But I knew these figures on August 1, surely Google did too?

Like I commented in another thread, it's an interesting insight into the AdSense accounting process.

One month my "Earnings Accrued" weren't added until the 15th with payment approved five days later, another month my "Earning Accrued" were added on the 3rd with payment approved 20 days later. (yes I know Google policy to pay within 30 days and it normally happens in the 2nd third of the month).

I want to know what it all means? :-)

I think it's just a confirmation of how much they're going to be sending you. (Even though they haven't sent it yet). Something for your peace of mind.

"Earnings Accrued" means Google's money while "Payment Approved" means your money.
