adsense payment schedule

I know this is a total noob question, but I really need to know this, so I would really appreciate your help.

Scenario: By end of March I made my first $100 - April I make $150 - When will my first check come and how much would it be?

I keep looking at the Google calendar but I can't figure out if my first paycheck will be $250 or $100.

If I have to wait until June for my $150 paycheck I gonna be in a tight spot.

Note: these are fictious numbers so dont fret. I purposely use $100 to signify that I have passed the $100 mark and fulfill all my hold requirements.

Assuming that you have received and entered you pin number. I would expect you to recieve the $100 at the end of April, and the $150 at the end of May. If you have earnings that you have not received for February - I would assume that February and March would be added togoether, and you would get that at the end of April.

If you haven't done so, and are able to, elect to recieve EFT - much better than waiting for a cheque to arrive.
