Sitesearch subdomains

Can Adsense Search with sub-domains?

My site uses subdomains, does anyone know if there is a way that the Google Adsense site search will search the subdomains as well as the main site if I put the code for site search on my homepage?
In the case of my site, sitesearch will be pretty useless otherwise:(

I just did an experiment with a site search, entering the site as widgetname site:mydomain.com it found widgetname both on my site and the subdomain for that widgetname.
