So, after being accepted into the new program you will find the setup under AdSense Setup>>Products>>Referrals.

One thing I noticed is after browsing categories for a while is; I noticed more pages than the initial look/glance in certain categories. The use of frames for these lists is not the way to go as I missed the bottom of all category pages viewing at 1280x1024. You have to scroll the frame to see the "Next page" button. This really has to be changed in my opinion as it's a complete pain and will be missed by many publishers.

I have to look more, but I notice some advertisers are trying to steal a sale with what they are willing to pay...hehe

Hypothetical example: One company's products say average $69-299.00 and they are willing to pay a flat $1.xx per sale. You could easy spend a few hundred dollars at the store and the type of store that it is, I would say their average sale has to be at around $100-250.00. I worked on a store that is almost the exact same products and the average sale was $215.00 over the course of it's first 12-months. So a flat $1.xx is laughable imho.

I suppose they will sort out their advertisers as they do their publishers in time. On the whole, I think the advertisers are willing to pay a very fair CPA and I believe Google must be acting more than fair in their revenue share.

I plan on looking over logs to see what pages are good candidates for this program and maybe implement them over the weekend.

I'm in the program as well, but haven't spent a lot of time on it. Choosing the product referrals is a bit confusing right now.

Plus, my product list is very small. (Unless I'm missing something.)

Some areas are pretty small and I'm sure this will catch on with AdWords advertisers and the inventory will grow - what do they have to lose?

Make sure you are scrolling the iframe or you will miss an awful lot of inventory...hehe

They really need a different implementation than this. You first have to scroll the main page, then you have to scroll the iframe....not a very user friendly page at all. They also need to allow multiple selections on their radio buttons. I'm sure they will polish this up in time...if anybody is listening...

Yes. This will be very unfriendly to many users.

I've scrolled to the bottom of the iframe and selected "Continue", but the lists aren't that long. Plus, typing in a keyword (for my niche) only returns 3 results! I'm hoping more advertisers join the CPA model so that I can perform more tests.

Also, some advertisers have their actions listed (i.e. Purchase/Sale, Lead, etc.), but no payment amount.

I already see one issue I don't like. I chose a Flash banner from a big video rental company, but the ad shown on the site is contextual. The Flash banner is no where to be found. (Interesting)

I also noticed that Google's referral services seem to appear in each category, whether they fit or not!
