Which one of the Google referral products works best for you? What kinds of experimentation have you done?

firefox referrals work best for me.
but i think google pack is pretty cool. except nobody likes to download them.

if you have good influence, you can try google pack.

Thanks for the input. What would be great is if they would:

a) revamp the Google Pack with some new and/or updated apps
b) create some new graphics for the ad copy, as by now there is likely lots of adblindness setting in.
c) create some more referrals for other products, ie. "Docs & Spreadsheets" and "Calendar".

I had some success with Picasa.

BTW, in my experience Google Search converts better than all the referrals, so i prefer search box over referrals.

YMMV.

I had all of them up and Firefox was the only one to get any conversions. I think a toolbar free version of FF would get even more clicks. Oh well ...

What kind of numbers are you guys seeing to determine if it is working or not?

I'm having some success on firefox... but that is because of the chat box module on my site that doesn't work on ie.

I have a ton of click on Google check out referals, but it must be confusing for people because I have no sign ups.

Funny thing is, my site they can save $10 on and I get a ton of google check out orders....

Thats interesting for those getting conversions on FF, because I would have thought that Firefox has already pretty much reached market saturation by now, and maybe leveled off a bit recently because of the release of Vista/IE7. Maybe they could release some specialized versions of it, like a toolbar free one or a USB portable one or taking a page out of MS' playbook, one that integrates itself with Google's online apps.

I do quite well on Picasa during my peak season.
