Hi all

I have an idea but I don't know is this against the TOS.

For example i'm earning 50$ per day , so after 30 days I have 1500$ in my account.

But, look at this situation, what if my friend joins under me and I put his ads on my site (I'll remove my ads), he'll earn 100$ in 2 days, I'll lost 100$, but I'll earn 250$ because he earned first 100$, so if 15 friends join under me and everyone earn 100$ in 2 days, I'll have 3750$ after 30 days, that's a lot more than 1500$ ;)

So, is this against the TOS?

Nothing I was just kidding.

Actually your idea seems like a Multi Level Marketing Idea, that is why I said so.

I asked this question the other day in another thread here.

Everyone here told me that it was against TOS.

Then I went and asked Google.

They told me it was legal for me to put someone else ad on my site.

So by Google's policy, you are allowed to do that.

I am guessing you are allowed to host someone else ad, as long as you don't say "join adsense under me and I will give you $100". That would be against policy. But you are allowed to take their code and put it on your site.

This is what I am going to do with my site too.

Does the word "ethics" ring any bells for either of you?

In this post Enron, Walmart, and Haliburton era and you ask that?

My point is, Google knows what they are getting into when they offered this deal. They hire a lot of smart people ( or so I hear ), and they did all their research and this is what they offered us.

I do not see ANY reason why I cannot apply my own wits to earn the reward.

Second to that, it's not like Google is going to be a big looser in this. They will be profiting a great deal from gaining hundreds of new customers.

i see only one problem, google must approve publisher's site before publisher join in adsense program, of course my friends will put my site in url field and they all will be approved because i was approved for that site, but if hundreds people join with my site it may look very suspicios to google, and maybe my site could be banned, and thats the main problem this cant work :( :(

btw who cares about ethics, i dont see anything wrong to help people to get 100$ for doing nothing and also i'll earn much more ;)

Might work for a little while until you run out of pages. One page, one account number.

Let us know how it turns out.

From Google's policies:

You agree to comply with the specifications provided by Google from time to time to enable proper tracking and reporting of Referral Events in connection with Your Site. You shall not promote or facilitate a Referral Event by any means other than displaying a Referral Button on the Site, unless expressly authorized in writing by Google (including by electronic mail).

BTW Your earnings were spread out using your whole site.
