Anyone knows what this is?

I just found this on my webpage 10 minutes ago. It looks like a search box:
[img503.imageshack.us...]

I know it's Chinese, but I've never seen this before. Ths 1st line says "Ads by Google" and the second is "look for related ads".

I had this on a site I just launched a couple of days ago. But after a little while it has been the regular ad links. I thought it was something to do with the fact that I just launched the site and it had not yet picked up on what my content was about. I have not seen it again since.

Recently I've been getting Chinese ads during testing using "Preview in Browser" with FrontPage 2003. That's the only time they appear.
