Adsense poison words

No ads displayed on this page, can't see the reason why

Hello, not sure if this subject has been covered before. Is there a selection of poison words that prevent ads being displayed on a page? I can guess the obvious ones, but I have one page in particular with really what I would consider to be okay content yet no ads are ever displayed on the page and I cannot figure out why.

A tool similar to the AdWords keyword tool would be great that takes a look at a page and highlights words and phrases that "could" prevent ads being matched and displayed on the page... just an item on my wish-list.

Try searching WW for "stop words" to find such discussions.

I had one instance of a word and it kept attracting the wrong ads for one of my newer sites. My solution to keep the word and repair the ads was very simple and I am sure it will work on any word.

Example: death

<span< de </span< ath the bot will read de and ath, 2 seperate words but it will not change the appearance of the word itself in IE, don't know about other browsers but I would think they all handle the span tag the same way.

Worked for me :)
