Can it be turned off?

Is there anyway to turn off the geo-targeting? My site appeals to visitors from other countries, but I'm wondering if they're seeing the ads that would help them decide to physically visit the area based on my content?

Dont care about this , Adsense will show ads which are relevant to user , his location

The adwords users who show ads on your website choose if my ads to be shown to people from this country , so from where ever your visitors come , tou dont care , just care about how to spend that adsense check :)
