Now i am using a hosting which support 5 addon domain .
My primary domain example is call www.abc.com. My addon domain is www.xyz.com which will redirect to www.abc.com/xyz/ when i type www.xyz.com.
The content of the site i wanted to submit is at www.abc.com/xyz/. My question is which url should i submit to adsense now? is www.xyz.com or www.abc.com/xyz/?

Why you would want to do this redirection?
Are you not promoting your addon domain? if yes then its fine otherwise keep those as separate websites , or you are bound to be penalised for duplicate content
As far as submitting url for adsense is concerned , if you have got your main domain approved then you can place ads on any part of website sub folders under it
Please clear up your purpose of doing this redirection may be some one will be able to give you better ideas
