Doing maintenance on one of my pages today - and having problems changing the format... Multiple uploads and refreshes of the same page within 5 minutes - I'd say 10-15 refreshes from the same IP. (Mine)

I was havinb problems switching from a skyscraper to a leaderboard... The leaderboard wouldn't display - instead a leaderboard high snippet of my "old" skyscraper was showing up instead.

Well - after all these refereshes and finally just going back to an older version of the page (that had a leaderboard on it), PSA's are showing. And what's more, PSA's are showing across both my domains.

A bit frustrating.

Can't be sure about this, but the PSAs might only be showing to you. Google doesn't seem to like showing the same ads to the same IP too many times, so you can get PSAs on your site while your visitors get regular ads.
