can any one tell me how or if you can pay for adwords campaings monthly expense using your adsense monthly income.

I do by charging adwords to my AMEX card. Amex card payments aren't due until a week after I get the Adsense payment from prior month. Just make sure you get your cycles adjusted right so amex isn't due until the beginning of the month (like after the 7th)

AFAIK there isn't a direct way to do this, you will have to take sailor's advice or do something similar.
