I have a dutch website with 8000 unique visitors a day and i'm using adsense for 2 years now. It always worked great.

The last 3 days my ads aren't showing or i get ads in a weird language like russian. My adsense codes never changed.

1 out of 10 times the rights ads are showing.

My site diagostic in google says;
http://www.example.nl/content not found on 18 feb 2007 tried 2 times.

We are almost 2 weeks further and my site diagostic isn't updated yet. I also emailed google about this.

2 weeks ago i moved to another server with a new IP adres. Can that be the problem?

Thx in advance.
(sorry for my bad English)

If it's a shared IP, possibly. I can't cite many cases, but I see about 2 or 3 instances a year where it takes Google awhile to differentiate a new site on a shared IP. I've seen it either return content from a different currently active site or a recently inactive site on that same IP.

So, while your server returns the correct domain, G might be basing the AdSense ads served on a different domain.

IP addy is likely it. Even if it *is* just for your site, if it's issued from a block designated for, say, Russia, then it will probably show russian ads.

Try adding Something to your HTML tag. Not sure the country code for your site, but on a spanish site I have the code is

<HTML lang="es">
Also change/add a meta tag to help:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="es">
<META NAME="Language" CONTENT="Spanish">

This is on an ENGLISH IP number, but due to the above, the ads ALL show in spanish!

Good luck.

Strange. Google should target ads based on _visitor's_ country. Also it could use the language we specified as "primary" at sign up stage.

Maybe OP's internet provider uses some subset of Russian IPs which makes Google show ads in Russian.

Another update.

I just noticed that when you add ".php" after my website URL the CORRECT adsense shows up.

So you got:
[site.com...] instead of [site.com...]

This only works when going directly to the url. If you add the link [site.com...] in my website it doenst work.

Weird....
