February earnings will be finalized by March 10th

I'm seeing this message on Payment History page: "February earnings will be finalized by March 10th".

Does this mean that we won't have to wait till the end of the month for payments?

Do you guys see the same message?

This is not about payment it is about when Google say the display of final earnings for January will be provided. There was a similar message last month. The 10th is later in the month than the final earnings were published last month.

Is it mean the cut off date of February period?

Like January period, cut off on 10th Feb

Feb period, cut off date is Mar 10th, something like that
