I just started Adsense about a week and a half ago and have a question that I would really appreciate some help with.
I've been reading around the web about the issues concerning MyBlogLog showing a count of Google AdSense clicks and whether they should be doing so, etc.
I've also read that there is usually a difference between the number of clicks counted by MyBlogLog vs. those counted by Google. People say that the difference is due to how Google tracks fraud clicks.
My concern is that I am seeing HUGE differences. Without getting into actual numbers, I am seeing only around 1 click counted by Google for every 15-20 that show up in my outgoing clicks on MyBlogLog.
Does anybody have any insight into why the big difference? I have a relatively new site and have been getting the majority of my traffic from posts submitted to Reddit. I have had some pretty successful posts onto Reddit making it near the front page.
Does the fact that my traffic is coming from there lead Google to think it is fraudulant even though it is not? Or does MyBlogLog records clicks that don't actually happen?
Again, getting really frustrated and looking for some insight.
