Adsense Ads with Yahoo Search?

Is it allowed?

Google search dropped a bunch of my sites back in Nov/Dec. Oh well. But this now made their "site search" service useless to me - no results to display.

I was wondering if I can remove Google site search and replace it with Yahoo site search, while still running Adsense ads on my HTML pages? (Yahoo does not offer any revenue-with-search at this time)

I tried to read the Adsense TOS on this, but it reads like lawyer-gibberish to me.

I decided to email Adsense Support to get a definitive answer.

Just got a reply back, and they clearly stated that it would be "no problem" to use Adsense ads and a third-party site-search service on the same pages. So now I just have to wait for YPN to implement a "site-search" to go along with their publisher service, because their site-search is only a "free" service right now... Oh well.

Hopefully, my email to Adsense Support will start them thinking over at the GooglePlex: "What if all the sites we dropped from the index now drop Google as a site-search provider?"
