Adsense signed Contract or Offshore

Hi,

My question here is related to tax payment in my origin country.
I reside in Romania and i want to know if Google is able to sign a contract ( probably their TOS - stamped by Google Company ) so that i have a valid contract and the authorities here would know where my money are coming from, because the laws here say that any money entering into a company from external countries need to have a contract associated to them.

I also consider the option of an offshore but from what i read on the forum Google will not send the money offshore,unless u reside there or have someone that is able to cash in your check in the offshore country and then deposit it in the bank account.

I am looking forward for your answers because i did not find yet a sollution to how should i best receive my money so i can be in total legality with the taxes and laws.

I live in Romania.
You dont need an signed contract.

Google TOS is made according to the US laws.
You will not see a sigend contract from Google.
Anyway.. Google TOS is not contract! :)

Print the TOS. This can be used for the idiotic romanian IRS...

In my opinion, your clicking on I agree when signing up for Adsense is your contract. Just print that.
