In other words i want to know which sites are paying big price to their Ads..

He was joking when he said mesiotheloma. That keyword is known as one of the most used by scrapers and MFA sites.

Anyone who is in the business and has this sort of information will not be willing to divulge it. You need to find your own pots of gold (if there are any left).

The reason "mesiotheloma" is a joke, is that it gained a reputation for having well paying ads - now it is just full of people trying to cash in.
