Questions about google term

When Google ban people, they claimed that invalid clicks are found on their site.

However, google term never prohibits our site from having invalid clicks. It prohibits us from generating those invalid clicks.

I mean, somebody could clickbombs. It happens.

Also, some people were banned for being related to a banned publishers.

This confused me a lot. What is related? We are all related you know.

It can mean things like signing up as Joe Bloggs and getting banned. They you sign up again as Fred Bloggs and get banned again for being "related".

It can mean using your mate's computer to log into your account when he's been banned for invalid clicks. You are then associated with (or related) to a banned account, and you get banned too.

I'm sure Google has all sorts of other definitions as well. :)

Well, when my friend got banned, my account was still good. I wanted to ask Google about it but I was affraid that my account will got banned to for having a banned friend.

What about if someone banned ask your help? By helping him, you become related. That's probably not what Google mean. But that's what "related" mean, namely, having a relationship, which could mean any type of relationship.
