Taking Over Someone's Blog- Swapping in My AdSense Code

Will this Get me Banned?

My friend has a blog (on blogspot) with a google adsense account on it. Because of personal reasons, she can’t manage her blog anymore. I want to “take over” her blog, use her username and password to log in, erase her adsense scripts and use my own google adsense account scripts. Would this get my own account banned? I read so many posts regarding banned accounts, definitely an adsense account is not something you get many times in yr life..

The best people to ask would be those who work at Google AdSense, not us.

But I'm curious, why do you think this would get you banned?
What do you perceive to be illegitimate about it?

I swapped it on a site I just bought.
It is my site now, I'm not going to leave his code on it!

Why not just take off her ads and put your own ads on it? I wouldn't worry about her adcode, if she doesn't use it they will probably contact her and she can give them the details. That way you can just get on with your life.

Having her adcode "connected" to that webpage don't mean diddly, you get the money off your own adcode.

Better yet, ask Google.
