What is adult for google?

Hello all,

I am a bit confused here, I am sorry if i am wrong at any place.

I have read in some forum that google has banned few sites which was serving adsense o adult content. But I can se some of the sites (Gay, Lesbian) kind of sites, are serving google ads successfully and even I can see google adsense releted to these adult contents too.

What i want to know here, if we put google ads on these kind of sites (No porn pictures or any porn material, just topics which are related to these communities) is allowed?

I would email Google and show them your specific example, it is the only way to be sure.

despite their insistence their policy is in disarray over this one and depends on your luck.

fire off an email and if Google Slave # 234 answers you he will tell you what you have is fine and there is nothing to worry about, two months later, Google Slave # 566 ( feeling bored and with nothing better to do ) will sniff around your site and tell you it's against TOS and you must remove it or you will be banned.

it has happened to me on two occasions on forum sites both minions listing the same content and url.

I havent put the ads on any of the illigal content that is why i was simply asking about it. If they forbid, i will never Put any ads on these contents.
