Just because you have a trademark doesn't mean that nobody else can use that word in a different context, or own a domain using that same name. It all depends on the specific circumstances.

You can try writing to the website owner and their ISP and Google to see what happens, but if the trademark infringement isn't obvious, they may choose to do nothing.

Write to adsense abuse with some particulars, ask them to forward it to legal.

Wait, is the domain parked on one of those "parking" services? If so, contact them to inquire about how to file a trademark violation complaint with them.

I guess go and book all other 200+ TLD then before you see other violations!

Some months ago Google domain parking program started to be very rigid respect trademarks in domain names.
It was a big hype in the domains forums, though, here was barely mentioned.
So, yes, you can complain directly to Google and most likely they will remove it.

Let's say, I have trademarked "I LOVE INDIA" in my country, not India.
If you are running a ppc page with the domain name iloveindia.org with travel targetted keywords.
You think I can complaint? Then maybe I can complaint you by using my trademark as user ID.
