I was in touch with one of AdSense support executive as I desired to turn on the Rich media and CPM based model on my site. I had opted out from it previously. It was turned on no issues. I observed it for a month but the earning started declining due to it. So I requested a review whether to continue or not. I then received a reply in about 3 days that yes it was due to my CPM ad option i.e. they told its minor but the ecpm and ctr reduced slightly. They offered me if I want to opt out again. However I decided to give another try and made some changes to the site and waited for 15 to 20 more days, sigh! No improvement. So the story began from here. On Jan 15 I emailed back with communication history and support id in subject and requested opt out, waited for about 7 days. No response, sent again new request, again no response. Sent fresh support email to AdSense support again on 25th Jan, no response yet!

I am confused and worried what’s going on?

Ok. i found out somthing for me!

it could be related to this

AdSense Custom Placement Packs Program [webmasterworld.com]

They might want to improve the CPM pricing by having bigger inventory of publishers resulting more bidding and more profit to publishers who are already opted for CPM based model. i am not! i want to optout Google! please opt me out for now until you raise your bidding for CPM which should beat my current CPC model earning.
