Can i show adsense earnings as home business for refund of taxes i have calculated all inputs and outputs it shows im in loss so i can save taxes there...

It all depends on the country you live in, your local tax laws, the culture and attitide of the local tax man, the kind expenses you made, the clever way you describe them, etcetera. But the idea looks ok.

If you are in the U.S., see IRS regulations as to what constitutes a "home office" to see if you can qualify. The regs are very strict, but basically you need dedicated space that is only for business use. That means no personal surfing or game playing on the computer in the work area (since we would NEVER do those things in a real office, right? :) ).

For an absolute answer, discuss your particular details with your tax preparer.
