i just saw that ads in wisegeek are opening in new window

Yep, premium publishers get a lot more bells and whistles than everyone else. Nothing new here.

If they are a premium publisher, they live by other rules and can get things cleared that others can't.

Premium publisher can use other contextual ad network on same page. When I asked about this google denied my request and said that I can only use Google or other network but not the both on same page. When I pointed out specific site they said - they will not disclose other site information to me and I must follow the rules.
