higher ctr, less ads or vice verca?

What is the best thing to do? I have 3 channels on my site. 2 of them have a good ctr (2%+) but one has a very low one (0,50%).

Is it better to remove the low ctr-ad and have a higher total ctr or not?

As I understood from other threads on WW removing ads from low eCPM pages may help (YMMV). CTR does not give a full picture.

For example:
Page 1: CTR - 0.5% Clicks: 5 Earnings - $20.00
Page 2: CTR - 3.0% Clicks: 30 Earnings - $2.00

It all depends on average cost per click. Pages with low ctr may have very good eCPM (because of high cost per click).
